Equipping Hour Classes
Equipping Hour is a time of growing in your faith that is offered between services starting on Sept. 15 @ 9:30 am. Check out our new classes to grow your faith on Sept. 8 at our Open House.
“That We Might Receive Adoption,” will explore the theological, practical, and real-lived experiences of foster care and adoption, to create awareness and support for families who have already adopted, are considering adoption, and for those whose lives are touched by adoption. All members are welcome to join us this fall for a five-part series to learn how when we embrace the opportunity of adoption, we follow in the heart of God. This class will be led by Stephanie Kinley, our Deaconess Intern, who has fostered over a dozen children and adopted four times domestically.
Financial Peace University (register for this class) lays the entire foundation for handling money and allows you to get control over your finances, changing your future and the support you need to become debt-free. This class will be facilitated by Jessica Stephenson & Tama Brenneke.
"Luther Said . . . WHAT???" Pastor A will be leading this class as we explore some pithy and provocative sayings from Martin Luther that provide greater insight into the Christian faith as believed, taught and practiced by Lutheran Christians.
Kidwise for children ages 4 - 5th grade will also be available, with Akasha Kinley leading along with youth.
Nursery is also planned for those little ones if needed.
