- Through chapel offerings, students are donating
money for Joe
Boway’s Liberian Children’s Ministry
to build one brand new 7-room Lutheran schoolhouse
in Liberia (and to supply desks and chairs for
each classroom). We are working with 18 other
Lutheran schools for a goal of raising $18,000.
Holy Cross’ goal is $1000.
- Our students also are currently raising money
for The
Ronald McDonald House® at Parkview Hospital.
- In February, students raised about $50 to
go towards the American
Red Cross for Haiti Relief.
- On March 20, the Holy Cross Junior Choir will
be performing at Harding High School for ISSMA.
As a Middle School Choir, Holy Cross entered
into the more difficult Division II category,
the choir is required to sing three numbers
with a minimum of a three-part harmony. There
are currently 37 singers in the Junior Choir.
