Care Ministries exist to care for and support others in the body.

• Prayer Chain is an ongoing effort actively praying for the needs and concerns for members and friends of Holy Cross. Prayer requests can be called into the church office.
• Telecare is for households of the congregation through a monthly telephone call. The purpose is to stay in touch with the Holy Cross family as we encourage one another.
• Parish Nursing is a care ministry in which some of the trained nurses of Holy Cross put their gifts in the arena of health and wellness to work for their church and their Lord.
• Hospital Visitation is conducted by members of the Pastoral Staff for members in the hospital and released to rehabilitation care and are complemented by Parish Nurse visits. After one month, if the individual is not recovered, the member is placed on the homebound list for monthly visits with Communion.
• Stephen Ministers provide one-to-one Christian care to people in our congregation and community who are experiencing grief, divorce, hospitalization, disability, job loss, and other difficulties.
• Care and Share provides casual care needs of our homebound members or families in need.
